19 9 月 Social Impact Partners 推出第二個200萬美元的社會投資基金 並歡迎三名新董事

香港，2018 年 9 月 19 日——香港開創性的公益創投基金 Social Impact Partner（SIP）完成了第二次募資 200 萬美元（1500 萬港元）的 SIP II 基金，以進一步履行其使命，為系統性社會問題帶來可持續的變革。 SIP II獲得包括全明星投資和霸菱亞洲在內的金融機構基金會、包括陳一心家族基金和傅德蔭基金在內的家族基金會以及高淨值人士的捐款支持。

SIP II將承繼SIP I的成功記錄——向五個本地Social Purpose Organisation (SPO) 分配資金，解決社會教育、青年福祉和環境方面的問題，每個組織平均獲得 250 萬港元。

除了財務支持，SIP 亦提供管理諮詢。我們的策略合作夥伴提供公益諮詢服務，他們都是各自領域的專家，包括貝恩顧問、博然思維、高偉紳律師行、德勝諮詢和普華永道。我們的合作夥伴領導團隊，與 SIP 和我們的投資組合組織合作，提供度身訂造的諮詢服務。利用 SIP 的網絡，SPO 可運用這些寶貴的資源。向 SIP 投資 1 美元，SIP 的投資組合可獲 2 美元投資價值——正面社會影響的幾何級回報。

SIP 執行董事陸意玲表示：「我們對五個組織至今在實現其社會和商業目標方面的成績感到滿意。我們為推出第二個基金感到雀躍，並準備支持更多的 SPO。」

SIP 將繼續部署支持社企及其他 SPO 的項目，協助它們擴大影響力，並為香港帶來正面改變。

此外，SIP 將任命三名新董事，把董事會成員人數增至七名。在 SIP 的創始投資者之一 Douglas Miller 退休後，他們分別是來自貝恩顧問公司的 Vinit Bhatia、來自傅德蔭基金的 Jonathan Fu 和來自全明星投資的傅明俠。新董事將為部署新基金和支持現有投資組合提供指導，為董事會帶來投資和 SPO 項目方面的豐富經驗。

Profiles of three new directors

Vinit Bhatia
Vinit Bhatia is a Partner with Bain & Company, a world leading management consulting firm, the co-head of Bain’s APAC Performance Improvement practice, and the co-head of Bain’s Private Equity Practice for Greater China. Vinit has also led much of Bain’s work in Hong Kong in the not-for-profit sector. He has led numerous engagements with social enterprises and NGOs that include organisations focused on social welfare, the arts and environmental causes.

傅棣章
Jonathan Fu currently serves as Trustee for the Fu Tak Iam Foundation Limited, a charitable foundation based in Hong Kong. He is also Managing Director at Eurasian Management. Prior to launching Eurasian Management in 2008, Jonathan spent five years at Walter Scott and Partners Limited, Edinburgh, where he was responsible for managing the firm’s Asia ex-Japan and Emerging Markets investments.

傅明俠
Mingxia co-founded All-Stars Investment in 2014. He is currently a managing partner of the firm, focusing on investments in technology, consumer and healthcare companies in Greater China. Previously, Mingxia joined Morgan Stanley in 1992 and rose to become the Co-Head and Managing Director of Private Wealth Management Asia Pacific for Morgan Stanley. During his 21-year-tenure at the firm, he was a pioneer of the China wealth management business.
