To explore a potential partnership with Social Impact Partners, please follow the steps outlined below. We highly recommend reviewing our Investment Criteria first; this framework outlines what we look for in our portfolio and will help you determine if there is a strong strategic alignment between our organizations.
Due to the high volume of inquiries, our team will review all submissions but will only reach out to organizations moving forward to the next stage of our evaluation process.
Step 1: Alignment & Criteria Review
Review our Investment Criteria and Due Diligence Checklist to ensure your organization’s mission, financials, and
scale align with our strategic focus.
Step 2: Initial Portfolio Pitch
Submit your organization’s pitch deck to our team. This helps us understand your model, impact metrics, and
leadership vision.
Step 3: Preliminary Screening
Our investment team will review your deck against our framework. If there is a strong potential fit, we will contact
you within two weeks to discuss the next steps.
Step 4: Executive Summary Submission
Shortlisted organizations will be invited to submit a detailed Executive Summary, deep-diving into your strategic
plan, growth projections, and specific funding requirements.
Step 5: Due Diligence Kick-Off
Upon successful review of the Executive Summary, we will formally launch the due diligence process, collaborating
closely with your leadership team to evaluate the partnership opportunity.
